I am so happy to know there really is a business that believes in fair and quality service. Where I work needed help, we had an honest and reliable person come and he fixed a simple problem. No fuss or dishonest "Oh you need this and that". Proof--- the same gentleman came back about a week later and fixed even a more simple problem. Again HONEST work has always been hard to find yet should be always appreciated. I will be recommending this company to those in need. Thank You for keeping us cool.

CHC replaced my home AC system on 21Jun2024 (117F and muggy!). My old system was a high performing 19 yr old American Standard product where the compressor died of old age. My new system is same as my old system except a York product. It is a 5 ton split system with gas furnace / air blower / controller and evaporator heat exchanger, located in a central closet inside the house, and condenser heat exchanger / 3 phase compressor, located in a cabinet on the ground outside. It took two technicians Gabe, and Robert, 8 hrs to remove the previous equipment, install the new equipment, adjust controls/fluids and clean the jobsite. Everything but the house mounted control wires and refrigerant lines was replaced. The new system seems reliable and performs very well. The workspace in the central closet was very challenging requiring CHC to carefully plan and execute the disassembly/removal of the old equipment and assembly/installation of the new equipment. I was very pleased they completed all the work in one day at a price under $10k. There were no unexpected costs or changes and CHC disposed of all the old equipement and related trash. Robert and Gabe were very professional and surprisingly robust in the horrible heat. Job well done!

I purchased four new AC's from Clark Heat and Cooling for four of my Townhomes recently. I had a disagreement with Michelle on the phone and since my phone number and my husbands number have been blocked. I requested Michelle send me the Warranties for my four AC's She told me I could get them myself from the Manufacturer, I told her I purchased and paid Clark ,I did not purchase from the Manufacturer.
PLEASE SEND ME MY WARRANTIES.
