I scheduled a check-up for AC unit before the heat kicked in and couldn't be happier with the service we received. Dave really knows his stuff. He took the time to answer all of my questions. I felt like he was honest and the price was great. As a fellow small business owner, I understand the value of providing excellent customer service regardless of how skilled you are in the service you are providing. EXCEPTIONAL company and service! I had two other a/c companies come to my home for estimates, and Clark Heating and Cooling beat the estimates by more than $3000. Dave was easy to work with from the minute I met him and the company exudes integrity and caring. The 2 technicians who installed my York unit explained everything about the process and were meticulous in their level of detail. They were so helpful and kind. The scheduler tried to help me over the phone and gave me some tips before even setting the appointment. Elijah was on time, quick and very nice.
