Last week my family and I had a rough few days as our air conditioning unit went out. With no thought we called our regular company to diagnose the issue and we were highly disappointed with the feedback and prices that were given. Clark Heating and Cooling came highly recommended by a friend so my wife and I chose to call them for a second opinion. Michelle the office manager was polite, quick to schedule and calmed my nerves. She reassured me that everything would be okay. She was RIGHT! Sam was the first tech to come out and diagnose the unit. He was on time, highly knowledgeable and the love he displayed for the job was refreshing. Within 24 hours Sam found the issue and Ivan was on his way to repair it. Ivan was professional, courteous and above all patient. He not only fixed our unit but took the time to answer questions from my inquisitive 13 year old son who is fascinated with learning the tricks of the trade. I do not have enough words that I can say to express the gratitude that my family has for Clark Heating and Cooling. Their team is by far amazing!! I had a disagreement with Michelle on the phone and since my phone number and my husbands number have been blocked. I requested Michelle send me the Warranties for my four AC's She told me I could get them myself from the Manufacturer, I told her I purchased and paid Clark ,I did not purchase from the Manufacturer.
