Our A/C was damaged from a recent storm and was making ear-piercing high-pitched noises. Dave provided a reasonable estimate for replacement, which our insurance company accepted. I'm a researcher, and found that Dave's expert recommendations for an energy efficient unit was spot-on for our home. Dave and his Cool Crew installed our new, whisper quiet Trane and we no longer mind living in Phoenix during the summer! Our home is cooler and the unit actually needs to kick on less than our previous one. Their technicians were very professional and did a great job from start to finish. David installed an awesome York 5-ton unit and added an additional return duct to our house, and the air is flowing better than it ever has in this house before! They are very polite and easy to work with and are by far the best HVAC vendor in the Valley, and only ones I will ever use!
