All staff members I was in contact with were so kind and helpful. Michelle was so friendly and able to get me on the schedule the same day I called in about my AC not blowing cool air. The tech arrived promptly and even contacted me to let me know when he was on his way. The tech was honest and answered all my questions about my concerns. Our A/C was damaged from a recent storm and was making ear-piercing high-pitched noises. Dave provided a reasonable estimate for replacement, which our insurance company accepted. I'm a researcher, and found that Dave's expert recommendations for an energy efficient unit was spot-on for our home. Dave and his Cool Crew installed our new, whisper quiet Trane and we no longer mind living in Phoenix during the summer! Our home is cooler and the unit actually needs to kick on less than our previous one.
