Gab and Hector from Clark Heating & Cooling came out to replace the motor, fan, and a number of other parts in our extremely noisy room air conditioner/heater unit. They were very diligent, caring, friendly, and hard-working. We noticed how skillfully they worked together as a team. They wouldn't leave until they checked everything was running pristinely on the unit in the room and the condenser unit outdoors. Wonderful, wonderful service. We have been working with Clark for a couple of years now. On their recommendation, we had a completely new system and duct work installed and it fixed the airflow issues that were preventing our old system from cooling the house. The house has now been transformed even on the hottest of hot days here in Phoenix. Last Friday Ivan came out to do our regular check up/maintenance for this summer. As always friendly, courteous and explains everything. Thank you to everyone from Clark. I cannot imagine working with any other HVAC company now.
