When I saw smoke coming from our AC unit I was 100% sure that we had to replace it; however, when Ivan checked it out he found the problem that could be FIXED for a tiny fraction of the price. Dave and his team are totally honest, very reliable and know what they are doing. The AC unit is working beautifully and I can't thank Clark Heating and Cooling enough.

We had 4 companies come out to address our home office issues with air flow. It was always really hot in summer and cold in winter - at least 10 degrees different than the rest of the downstairs - and we'd put up with that for 4 years. None of these companies could come up with a solution, other than putting in a wall unit which I didn't want. Fail.Then we had Dave from Clark Heat + Cooling come out and he figured out how we could redirect more air into the office with an additional vent. He was done in just a couple hours and now we can both work in the office without having to freeze the rest of the house just to survive the summer heat! Clark Heat + Cooling think outside the box and their work is professional, tidy and competitively priced. Thank you Dave, for making our daily work life so much better!!! CHC replaced my home AC system on 21Jun2024 (117F and muggy!). My old system was a high performing 19 yr old American Standard product where the compressor died of old age. My new system is same as my old system except a York product. It is a 5 ton split system with gas furnace / air blower / controller and evaporator heat exchanger, located in a central closet inside the house, and condenser heat exchanger / 3 phase compressor, located in a cabinet on the ground outside. It took two technicians Gabe, and Robert, 8 hrs to remove the previous equipment, install the new equipment, adjust controls/fluids and clean the jobsite. Everything but the house mounted control wires and refrigerant lines was replaced. The new system seems reliable and performs very well. The workspace in the central closet was very challenging requiring CHC to carefully plan and execute the disassembly/removal of the old equipment and assembly/installation of the new equipment. I was very pleased they completed all the work in one day at a price under $10k. There were no unexpected costs or changes and CHC disposed of all the old equipement and related trash. Robert and Gabe were very professional and surprisingly robust in the horrible heat. Job well done!
