Honest which is rare in this industry. Their prices are 30% less than some of the other rip offs, namely the companies that are always advertising like George Brazil, Parker and Sons, etc. They have excellent technicians who are honest and have the customers best interest in mind. I am so happy to know there really is a business that believes in fair and quality service. Where I work needed help, we had an honest and reliable person come and he fixed a simple problem. No fuss or dishonest "Oh you need this and that". Proof--- the same gentleman came back about a week later and fixed even a more simple problem. Again HONEST work has always been hard to find yet should be always appreciated. I will be recommending this company to those in need. Thank You for keeping us cool.

We have a home warranty [ will not name them ] for over 6 years . We are seniors . June 30 2021 our A/C went out. Made a call,we might get some one out in 2-3 days ,said thanks . Called Clark Heating + Cooling ,we will be there tomorrow . Mr Ivan Fonseca [ service mg. ] came . Found out that our H.W. repair was bad and let the Freon leak out . Ivan worked for 3 hours ,to correct their repair . A/C now working great. Can not say enough about him and Clark's !!! Dan Woolums
