Dave was very professional presenting my options with a new heat Pump combo system. He helped me understand the difference between a 1 stage a 2 stage system which make the 2 stage system an easy decision. My grandma lives on the first floor in a condo. Since she has moved in her air conditioning leaked so bad she would have to put towels down in the hallway. She had different companies come out to look and they all said they "fixed" the problem, but then it would start leaking again. I suggested she call Clark heating and cooling because we have used them before and have been really happy with their service. So, she did. Dave and one of his guys came out and spent nearly all day diagnosing and actually fixing the real problem in the tiny crawl space between the 1st and 2nd floor. The price was reasonable, she has not had a problem since (in fact it works better than it was brand new) and she was most impressed with the service. Both her and I would recommend them and use them for any issue in the future!
