Our A/C was damaged from a recent storm and was making ear-piercing high-pitched noises. Dave provided a reasonable estimate for replacement, which our insurance company accepted. I'm a researcher, and found that Dave's expert recommendations for an energy efficient unit was spot-on for our home. Dave and his Cool Crew installed our new, whisper quiet Trane and we no longer mind living in Phoenix during the summer! Our home is cooler and the unit actually needs to kick on less than our previous one. We have been customer of theirs for at least a few years now and they’ve been absolutely wonderful. After going back and forth with another company over some install work that was rife with issues, Clark Heating and Cooling came in and completely turned it around. They now do our routine tune ups as well. They are knowledgeable, professional and very nice people. We absolutely recommended them!
