Honest which is rare in this industry. Their prices are 30% less than some of the other rip offs, namely the companies that are always advertising like George Brazil, Parker and Sons, etc. They have excellent technicians who are honest and have the customers best interest in mind. These guys are the best. My a/c unit stopped working and I had a different company come out and do a diagnostic check and quoted me in the thousands. I contacted these guys to get a second opinion and in the same day they were out here checking it out. They gave me a proper diagnosis and price for repairs. They fully explained what was wrong and didn't try to pressure me into using them right away. Once we we're ready to do the repairs they were able to get me an appointment right away. The tech showed up on time, he was professional and nice. He worked fast and my unit was up and running again right away. Highly recommend this company! We are very happy with their service.
