My mother's heating/ac unit finally called it a day and needed to be replaced. Clark Heating and Cooling responded immediately to my request for a quote, did its own research to make sure the quote was accurate, and offered a great price with a great schedule to replace my mother's unit. They arrived when they said they would, were respectful and polite, and finished the work efficiently without fuss, and then followed up to make sure it worked out. Based on that work, we asked David to came out to my house to discuss potential work related to a remodel. He was thorough, honest, and explained his approach and the options without any attempt to hard sell us on his ideas. I purchased four new AC's from Clark Heat and Cooling for four of my Townhomes recently. I had a disagreement with Michelle on the phone and since my phone number and my husbands number have been blocked. I requested Michelle send me the Warranties for my four AC's She told me I could get them myself from the Manufacturer, I told her I purchased and paid Clark ,I did not purchase from the Manufacturer.
