All staff members I was in contact with were so kind and helpful. Michelle was so friendly and able to get me on the schedule the same day I called in about my AC not blowing cool air. The tech arrived promptly and even contacted me to let me know when he was on his way. The tech was honest and answered all my questions about my concerns. Our replacement was going to take a few days due to scheduling but they got us a portable ac to use while we waited! Everyone was professional, on time and answered all of our million questions.
