They were so helpful and kind. The scheduler tried to help me over the phone and gave me some tips before even setting the appointment. Elijah was on time, quick and very nice. Everything they said they would do - they did. Gabe & Robert were the installers & a joy to work with. Gabe was so helpful with setting up our thermostat and linking it to our phone. Our A/C was damaged from a recent storm and was making ear-piercing high-pitched noises. Dave provided a reasonable estimate for replacement, which our insurance company accepted. I'm a researcher, and found that Dave's expert recommendations for an energy efficient unit was spot-on for our home. Dave and his Cool Crew installed our new, whisper quiet Trane and we no longer mind living in Phoenix during the summer! Our home is cooler and the unit actually needs to kick on less than our previous one.
