Dave was easy to work with from the minute I met him and the company exudes integrity and caring. The 2 technicians who installed my York unit explained everything about the process and were meticulous in their level of detail. I purchased four new AC's from Clark Heat and Cooling for four of my Townhomes recently. I had a disagreement with Michelle on the phone and since my phone number and my husbands number have been blocked. I requested Michelle send me the Warranties for my four AC's She told me I could get them myself from the Manufacturer, I told her I purchased and paid Clark ,I did not purchase from the Manufacturer.
