Let's be real, all true heros are named Sam. Uncle Sam, Sam Adams, Sam from LOTR who is the only reason the ring got destroyed...and YOUR Sam. Kind, respectful, friendly, and a pro! Our A/C was damaged from a recent storm and was making ear-piercing high-pitched noises. Dave provided a reasonable estimate for replacement, which our insurance company accepted. I'm a researcher, and found that Dave's expert recommendations for an energy efficient unit was spot-on for our home. Dave and his Cool Crew installed our new, whisper quiet Trane and we no longer mind living in Phoenix during the summer! Our home is cooler and the unit actually needs to kick on less than our previous one. When I saw smoke coming from our AC unit I was 100% sure that we had to replace it; however, when Ivan checked it out he found the problem that could be FIXED for a tiny fraction of the price. Dave and his team are totally honest, very reliable and know what they are doing. The AC unit is working beautifully and I can't thank Clark Heating and Cooling enough.
