I am so happy to know there really is a business that believes in fair and quality service. Where I work needed help, we had an honest and reliable person come and he fixed a simple problem. No fuss or dishonest "Oh you need this and that". Proof--- the same gentleman came back about a week later and fixed even a more simple problem. All staff members I was in contact with were so kind and helpful. Michelle was so friendly and able to get me on the schedule the same day I called in about my AC not blowing cool air. The tech arrived promptly and even contacted me to let me know when he was on his way. The tech was honest and answered all my questions about my concerns.
