They were very diligent, caring, friendly, and hard-working. We noticed how skillfully they worked together as a team. They wouldn't leave until they checked everything was running pristinely on the unit in the room and the condenser unit outdoors. I called RKS at 7am when they opened. No answer, I left a message. I caled Clark at about 8:30am..they said they would come out around...
I called RKS at 7am when they opened. No answer, I left a message. I caled Clark at about 8:30am..they said they would come out around 12:00.
RKS finally called when the Clark service men were leaving at about 1:00.
Clark turned out to be great. Very honest. Will use again.
