Our A/C was damaged from a recent storm and was making ear-piercing high-pitched noises. Dave provided a reasonable estimate for replacement, which our insurance company accepted. I'm a researcher, and found that Dave's expert recommendations for an energy efficient unit was spot-on for our home. Dave and his Cool Crew installed our new, whisper quiet Trane and we no longer mind living in Phoenix during the summer! Our home is cooler and the unit actually needs to kick on less than our previous one. They helped us come up with a way to reduce an very old 10 ton unit down to a 5 ton unit because the space is being used differently and Dave with his team was able to rework the ducting to get the air in the right places.

I was in need of an AC last summer (2023). I am a veteran, so I went to Semper Fi to get a a quote. All their ads made them look so great. I was greatly disappointed by the way they treated me and their quote. After giving me "Veteran Discounts" and promises that they only sell American Air and Heating, they tried to sell me a German brand that was priced at over $20,000. The two lower end units were American made and lower. BUT even after over $3,000 discounts they were still at $13,500 and $15,500. I was given the phone number to David Clark from my brother. I called and he came out personally. He gave me a quote for an AC and a little bit of duct work. His total quote was over $3k lower than their lowest quote. A week later I had a York (American Made) AC on my roof. It has been running nice and cool. No problems. This company has given me the check-ups to make sure it runs great. I highly recommend them. In fact, today a co-worker contacted me and asked for a referral. I gave her their number.
