Our A/C was damaged from a recent storm and was making ear-piercing high-pitched noises. Dave provided a reasonable estimate for replacement, which our insurance company accepted. I'm a researcher, and found that Dave's expert recommendations for an energy efficient unit was spot-on for our home. Dave and his Cool Crew installed our new, whisper quiet Trane and we no longer mind living in Phoenix during the summer! Our home is cooler and the unit actually needs to kick on less than our previous one. When I saw smoke coming from our AC unit I was 100% sure that we had to replace it; however, when Ivan checked it out he found the problem that could be FIXED for a tiny fraction of the price. Dave and his team are totally honest, very reliable and know what they are doing. The AC unit is working beautifully and I can't thank Clark Heating and Cooling enough.

Honest which is rare in this industry. Their prices are 30% less than some of the other rip offs, namely the companies that are always advertising like George Brazil, Parker and Sons, etc. They have excellent technicians who are honest and have the customers best interest in mind. I would highly recommend this company.

I purchased four new AC's from Clark Heat and Cooling for four of my Townhomes recently. I had a disagreement with Michelle on the phone and since my phone number and my husbands number have been blocked. I requested Michelle send me the Warranties for my four AC's She told me I could get them myself from the Manufacturer, I told her I purchased and paid Clark ,I did not purchase from the Manufacturer.
