Our A/C was damaged from a recent storm and was making ear-piercing high-pitched noises. Dave provided a reasonable estimate for replacement, which our insurance company accepted. I'm a researcher, and found that Dave's expert recommendations for an energy efficient unit was spot-on for our home.
