Our replacement was going to take a few days due to scheduling but they got us a portable ac to use while we waited! Everyone was professional, on time and answered all of our million questions. We just had them come out to install a new AC unit on our house. Not only are they efficient and on time but they did a fantastic job and are super friendly and trustworthy! They didn't try to sell us on anything that we didn't need! I will definitely be referring them to anyone else that needs heating or Cooling!!

Our A/C was damaged from a recent storm and was making ear-piercing high-pitched noises. Dave provided a reasonable estimate for replacement, which our insurance company accepted. I'm a researcher, and found that Dave's expert recommendations for an energy efficient unit was spot-on for our home. Dave and his Cool Crew installed our new, whisper quiet Trane and we no longer mind living in Phoenix during the summer!
