Let's be real, all true heros are named Sam. Uncle Sam, Sam Adams, Sam from LOTR who is the only reason the ring got destroyed...and YOUR Sam. Kind, respectful, friendly, and a pro! He helped me understand the difference between a 1 stage a 2 stage system which make the 2 stage system an easy decision. I had a disagreement with Michelle on the phone and since my phone number and my husbands number have been blocked. I requested Michelle send me the Warranties for my four AC's She told me I could get them myself from the Manufacturer, I told her I purchased and paid Clark ,I did not purchase from the Manufacturer.
