They helped us come up with a way to reduce an very old 10 ton unit down to a 5 ton unit because the space is being used differently and Dave with his team was able to rework the ducting to get the air in the right places.

Our A/C was damaged from a recent storm and was making ear-piercing high-pitched noises. Dave provided a reasonable estimate for replacement, which our insurance company accepted. I'm a researcher, and found that Dave's expert recommendations for an energy efficient unit was spot-on for our home. Dave and his Cool Crew installed our new, whisper quiet Trane and we no longer mind living in Phoenix during the summer! Our home is cooler and the unit actually needs to kick on less than our previous one.
