I cannot say enough positive things about Clark Heating and Cooling! They have continuously exceeded my expectations since installing my new A/C unit last year. They’ve been consistently punctual, efficient, and courteous all while providing exceptional service with quality products. What sets them apart is their unmatched customer service, Michelle in particular, that goes above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction. CHC replaced my home AC system on 21Jun2024 (117F and muggy!). My old system was a high performing 19 yr old American Standard product where the compressor died of old age. My new system is same as my old system except a York product. It is a 5 ton split system with gas furnace / air blower / controller and evaporator heat exchanger, located in a central closet inside the house, and condenser heat exchanger / 3 phase compressor, located in a cabinet on the ground outside. It took two technicians Gabe, and Robert, 8 hrs to remove the previous equipment, install the new equipment, adjust controls/fluids and clean the jobsite. Everything but the house mounted control wires and refrigerant lines was replaced. The new system seems reliable and performs very well. The workspace in the central closet was very challenging requiring CHC to carefully plan and execute the disassembly/removal of the old equipment and assembly/installation of the new equipment. I was very pleased they completed all the work in one day at a price under $10k. There were no unexpected costs or changes and CHC disposed of all the old equipement and related trash. Robert and Gabe were very professional and surprisingly robust in the horrible heat. Job well done!

Wonderful, wonderful service. We have been working with Clark for a couple of years now. On their recommendation, we had a completely new system and duct work installed and it fixed the airflow issues that were preventing our old system from cooling the house. The house has now been transformed even on the hottest of hot days here in Phoenix. Last Friday Ivan came out to do our regular check up/maintenance for this summer. As always friendly, courteous and explains everything. Thank you to everyone from Clark. I cannot imagine working with any other HVAC company now.

Today is the second time I’ve used Clark Heating & Cooling. Gabe showed up right on time (again). I received a text when he was on the way and one when he arrived. He checked and cleaned my air conditioner and it’s working perfectly.
Clark Heating & Cooling does a great job. They are professional, on time, and very reasonable. Michelle in the office is so nice. I would not use anyone else. I highly recommend them !
