Dave was very professional presenting my options with a new heat Pump combo system. He helped me understand the difference between a 1 stage a 2 stage system which make the 2 stage system an easy decision. Two employees came and checked the air conditioner/heat. One mostly upstairs and one inside the condo. Could not ask for better, knowing what they were doing guys. When it was installed last year the guys that were here were just as special. They are a 10. The gal that answers the phone is sweet and is a # 10. The owner must be very proud of his employees.
